At Samis Distribution, we are committed to ensure your satisfaction with our products. All our products are checked, counted and packed by machine in China and we receive those intact in Bangladesh. Besides, we put in your products in a second package to make sure that the products are delivered intact to you as well.

Still if there are strong acceptable reason of return and refund, the process are as follows:

1. We request our customers to open and check the products at the time of delivery. If any defect or problem found, please return the products to the same delivery person on the spot. In such case, you don’t need to pay the prices of the products but must pay the courier charge to the delivery person.

2. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
